Before Semester Start

Communication

  •  Appointment Availablity Configuration in Bulldog Connect

Service Categories

  •  Reorganize service category lists on PeopleSoft

Relationships

  •  Update relationship assignments on PeopleSoft

After Semester End

Cases

  •  Archive old cases

Users and Roles

  •  Review and remove users who no longer need access (HR should have completed this)

Annually

Maintenance is to occur at least once per academic year, typically during the summer.
