Message Content Creator

NEW FEATURE

Message Content Creator is an AI feature that helps users create content when sending messages to students. It is available during the “Send a Message” action across the platform, including individual emails and texts, bulk messaging, and in all campaign messages, such as welcome, nudge, and success messages.

This feature enables users to enhance their email and text message content and create different types of campaign messages.

Once the user makes their selections, they click Enhance. A Preview window opens. If the user had written a message before this, it appears in the Original Message pane, with the AI-enhanced message in the Enhanced Message pane.

From the Preview Enhanced Message window, the user can make several updates. First, they can change the Prompt and click Regenerate.

In addition, when updating the prompt, there is a Version History ability that lets users view previous versions of the message.

If the user is satisfied with the enhanced message, they can click Use Enhanced. If not, they can select Keep Original.

Definitions of Message Content Creator Options

Message Content Creator lets users choose how they want AI to help create, review, and edit the message they have created.

The following actions are available with AI Message Assistant:

Name	Action
Prompt	This field is where the user enters the prompt for the message.
Tone: Casual	The message is reviewed and rewritten in a casual tone.
Tone: Direct	The message is reviewed and rewritten in a direct tone.
Tone: Formal	The message is reviewed and rewritten in a formal tone.
Tone: Inclusive	The message is reviewed and rewritten in a more inclusive tone.
Tone: Urgent	The message is reviewed and rewritten in a more urgent tone.
Message Length: Short	When this option is chosen, the message is written to be short.
Message Length: Medium	When this option is chosen, the message is written to be a medium length.
Message Length: Long	When this option is chosen, the message is written to be long.
