It’s important to review the configuration of Bulldog Connect at certain intervals to ensure the most efficient utilization.
Reminder. Most of the maintenance described here must be done in cooperation with the Bulldog Connect Administrator. The majority of the settings are protected, campus-level configurations.
Before Semester Start
Communication
- Appointment Availablity Configuration
Service Categories
- Reorganize service category lists

- Update relationship assignments on PeopleSoft
After Semester End
Cases
- Archive old cases
Users and Roles
- Review and remove users who no longer need access
Annually
Maintenance to occur at least once per academic year, typically during the summer.

- Audit all roles and run comparison against PeopleSoft
