  • Search for a student by name, ID number, or Fresno State email

  • Click on Track Time

  • Choose a service

  • You have the option to leave comments

Warning. These comments are only shown in the Appointment Center.

  • To checkout students, enter their student ID number

  • Click on the blue button Checkout

  • Another option: On the Appointment Center switch to Drop-In Appointments

    • Find the student under Students Check-In For Track Time and under actions choose to Check out

 

 

Warning. Remove will delete those hours from Study Hall and won’t show in the Study Hall report.
